Elisa Giuliani

Elisa is Professor at the Department of Economics & Management of the University of Pisa, and Director of the Responsible Management Research Center (REMARC). She holds a PhD in Science and Technology Policy from SPRU (2005) and a PhD in Management from the University of Pisa (2002). She has been Visiting scholar at the European University Institute, MIT Sloan, Bocconi, University of Lund, University of Sussex.

Her areas of expertise are innovation, economic development, responsible management, business & human rights. She is Editor for Research Policy, in the Editorial Boards of Economic Geography, the Journal of Economic Geography and the Business and Human Rights Journal. She is a Regional Studies Association (RSA) Fellow and member of the RSA Research Committee.

She is currently PI of the EU Horizon Europe Project REBALANCE “Rebalancing disruptive Business in multinational corporations and global value chains within a democratic and inclusive citizenship process” (GA N. 101061342).
